I THINK I'M LOST IN THE LETTERS.
[/blockquote][/ul]
, but you can call me nico, nick, or ninja. my birthday's april 20th, 1992, so if you're too lazy to do the math, that means i'm 16 years old right now. currently, i am a sophomore at newport high. you will find me hanging out with the popular kids. i'm also a male, in case you couldn't tell. oh! and i'm also straight, and if you can live with that, i'm sure we'll be great friends."[/blockquote][/ul]

WHEN HER REPLY MEANT EVERYTHING. [/blockquote][/ul]
"You look really familiar! Have I seen you before?"
"people say that i kind of look like justin bieber. i don't see it though, my hair is so much lighter than his. and he's a little shorter than i am. i'm pretty sure that i have prettier eyes. wow, i know a lot about this kid. damn, you bayli."
"So, what do you like?"
"hmm. i love music. i think i have since i was a little kid. i light to think that the music i listen to determines the way my day will go. anything hip-hop related is my favorite. the clothes, the shoes; its all so interesting. basketball is my sport. thanks to my dad. its a great way to be creative. i'm totally working on my dunks for when i get to the nba. bowling is fun. i mostly like sliding down the lanes though, that is a lot of fun. movies are my life. you can learn a lot from movies and you can start dance parties there. what? you have never done that? try it, you'll love it. i love singing. my mom was a bit of a singer so i guess its in my blood. baseball...that's pretty awesome, i love to get dirty. dancing...that's probably my favorite thing in the world. i'm pretty sure that i could dance before i could sing. the drums are the best way to annoy a twin sister. that's why i play them almost seven hours a day. i love the piano too. i'm pretty sure that the piano is one of the prettiest instrument ever created."
"And the things you could live without? What about them?"
"definitely. turtles are some of the meanest creatures in the world and they should be disposed of. other than that? just boring books, gym class, geometry class, choir (even though i love to sing), theater (because i'm not much of an actor), doctors, really ugly clothes, phones with those weird curly wires, and vacuums"
"And what are the things you just can't stand?"
"I can't stand it when people write me off as just another little kid. Lemme tell you, I can do a hell of a lot more than most people my age can do. I also can't stand when adults assume I'm going to do certain things just because I am a teenager."
"Do you have any bad habits? What about good ones?"
"I throw my hair out of my face a lot. I should probably get a hair cut but I'm not feeling it. I also nibble on my lip when I get nervous. On the other hand, I'm a pretty real kid. If I have something on my mind, I'm gonna let you know. I'm also pretty persistant. I like that word."
"Oh, really? Well, how about the secrets?"
"I have a sister named Bayli. Its only a secret because I don't really claim her."
"And the fears?"
"I'm mostly afraid of not succeding in the music business. I know how good I am...I just have to find someone else that sees just how good I am. I'm also afraid of breaking bones. I prefer to be kept in one piece."
"Do you have any special talents?"
"I sing, I dance and I play sports. Although I'm a better singer/dancer than I am a basketball player."
"And last but not least, what's your relationship status/history?"
"I'm only sixteen, so i'm not really trying to get locked into something just yet. i am currently single, and i am loving it. it feels all free, like i can do pretty much anything that i want to. I'm been in a couple of 'serious' relationships though. well as serious as a relationship can be for a sixteen year old. i've always been the kind of guy that falls into things. if it happens, then it happens. if not, i'm still going to be happy."
call me up to confess
THAT IT'S ME YOU THINK ABOUT.[/ul]"Where were you born?"
"i was born in san antonio, texas and that is definitely the place to be. our house was relatively large, and there was so much to do. you could go out at night and see a basketball game. actually, you could go out in the middle of the day and see a basketball game. you could go and chill out at dave and buster's with all of your friends. i never got enough of it. eventually i want to move back. the weather, the people, just the scenery as a whole has grown on me. and i'll forever love that place."
"And what's up with your family?"
"i love my family...but i guess i kind of have to. my mom is pretty awesome. her name is jessica gibson, she's 37. she's probably one of the best mom's in the entire world. she's a pretty good cook, which explains why she's a chef. and she actually loves spending time with me and my sister. i rarely ever have to ask where my mom is..its just hard to get rid of her.
my dad is a pretty cool guy. he's not around as much and i honestly have no idea what he does for a living. all i know is that he goes to work everyday. his name is theodore gibson..haha yeah, i know its a gay name. i just call him teddy. he's 38. yes, i am aware that my parents have a different last name. they got married in early 2000 and my mom adopted my dad's name. we (me and bayli) didn't really care. they'd always been married to us, so we figured there was no reason to change our last names.
my sister used to be my best friend. then she discovered that girls were better friends. we still get along and i love her. i hand out with her friends (she hates that) and she hangs out with mine. we can get away with stuff like that since we don't claim each other. everyone in the world just thinks we're two kids that try to get along. and they're right. which is why bayli is only my sister between the hours of 12 - 6 am and 5 pm - 10 pm.
we share a dog though. his name's panda. don't ask me why, i'm pretty sure bayli isn't out of her weird girly 'i want to name everything after something cute' stage. dalmations aren't meant to be named panda. and i totally feel bad for him. that's why he sleeps in my room."
"Now, tell me your story."
"i was born on a rainy day in april, at least that's why i've been told. my family had finally settled into their new home when jessica (my mom)'s water broke. nearly twenty-seven hours later there were two randolph's added to the family. bayli janelle and nicolas joshua randolph were brought home three days later. their new sanctuary soon became hell on earth. the two babies cried non-stop; one always trying to out-cry the other. my parents lived together for another six years before they decided to get married. by then, me and my sister were old enough to be in the wedding. that was torture.
my dad got promoted earlier this year. meaning he was pretty much handed the burden of having to travel and leaving his family for months at a time. i didn't like that so much because my dad had taught me how to play some pretty awesome games. i had no one else to play then with now. i was miserable, my mom was miserable, and bayli was miserable; so my mom packed eveything up and moved us to california. at least now we could be together and we could all stop moping around...but i missed texas.
as far as sophomore year goes, it is going to be hard to start over. i'm pretty sure that i'm not anything like the kids here. bayli, on the other had, should fit right in. she is such a little barbie. i guess the fastest way to meet people is to go out and have some fun, make myself seen. then again, i've been here for almost a month living by that motto and i still have no close friends. moving here might not have been such a good idea.."
I NEED YOU HERE WITH ME.[/ul]
"So, here's the deal. My name is
nicole and
I've been role playing for at least three
years. Plus, I'm sixteen
years young, and I found you guys
from where? oh, and the secret code is rational."
he would be the one to get sent to starbucks. it was almost like ellie didn't give a shit about anything that was important to the boy. and, once he thought about it, she probably didn't. ellie didn't give a shit about anything that he was ever interested in. that was probably why he was the one being sent to starbucks. eric had been all caught up in the not-so-interesting aspects of anthropology. he was lying to himself, of course. if it hadn't been interesting, he wouldn't have been all pissed about being forced to get the coffee. he wasn't all that upset. eric was fine with getting out of the house. it wasn't easy being cramped up in that house with ellie and kelsea. ever since their cousin had showed up ellie was bitchier than usual.
at least he didn't get lost this time. now that the boy finally knew his was about things were easier. he was getting to and from school a lot faster. and he didn't look like a total dork wandering about school. he didn't even have to wander now that he knew his way around. too bad harlow wasn't able to show him around. wait, harlow! that was the main reason that he wasn't so pissy about making a coffee run. harlow, that gorgeous girl that he had been talking to online. the one that was supposed to show him around the school. the girl that was really close friends with a lot of hot girls. that could have been a problem.
eric was that kind of guy. he was cute and he knew it. on most occasions, eric made a point to let other people how cute he was. and eric didn't fall for girls. ever. it wasn't like him. he couldn't stand to be tied down, not when there were so many lovely girls walking about campus. and he wasn't tied down. there was no chance that he would be. harlow was interested, not that eric wasn't, but it didn't seem like the kind of interest that led to some kind of relationship. they hadn't even met yet. hmmm, they never actually scheduled a time or place to meet. that was something that he would have to do soon. well, first he would have to get her number. that would probably help out with a lot of things.
he hoped out of his car and walked inside. his phone rested in his pocket for a while before he decided to call ellie and ask her what the two girls wanted. even then, they didn't answer. he would have to call later. or he could order and pray that it was what they wanted. but if it wasn't....there would be hell to pay. yeah, eric would just call them back. it was in his best interests to call back. "i'll have a french vanilla capuccino." the cashier nodded and rang him up. once he was aware of his total, he pulled out his wallet to pay. like most normal people did, eric turned a bit. it was a natural moment when he was reaching for his wallet. at first, he thought he was seeing things. it wasn't weird for eric to see gorgeous girls out the corner of his eye. but this gorgeous girl looked familiar. almost as if he had seen her somewhere. he didn't get a good look at her face, for she wasn't standing close to him. eric smirked, she looked like a girl he'd seen in a picture. what girl could take a picture that would leave such a lasting impression?
it couldn't have been harlow. there was no way. the two went to the same school and he hadn't seen her once in the three/ four weeks they had been in school. there was no way that he would see harlow one day in starbucks by accident. or was this not an accident? were they supposed to be meeting here today? oh no. had he forgotten that he was supposed to be meeting her?
