I THINK I'M LOST IN THE LETTERS.
[/blockquote][/ul]
, but you can call me ver, ron, ronnie. my birthday's june 23, 1991, so if you're too lazy to do the math, that means i'm 16 years old right now. currently, i am a junior at newport high. you will find me hanging out with the loner/outcast kids. i'm also a female, in case you couldn't tell. oh! and i'm also straight, and if you can live with that, i'm sure we'll be great friends."[/blockquote][/ul]

WHEN HER REPLY MEANT EVERYTHING. [/blockquote][/ul]
"You look really familiar! Have I seen you before?"
"Well, if anything you probably know me because of my father, the Dean. Yeah, not pleasant. I don't look much like him, or any really. More like my mother. -laugh- A friend of mine tells me I look sort of like Zooey Deschanel, I doubt he was serious. Though, I can kinda see the resemblance. Maybe it's the bangs there are getting a bit too long, or how I often push them to the side to keep my line of view unobstructed. Gotta keep those blue eyes open, right? My style... is kinda strange. -laugh- I sometimes wear blazers of loose fitting shirts, but I think it looks nice. I'm no stranger to dresses, though I'm quite fond of the cookie cutter look. Makeup is minimal, that's for sure. I'm surprised I'm even allowed to wear any since my father is terrified of me becoming the slightest bit sexual, or remotely normal. For the most part, I am like Sarah Plain, just not as tall."
"So, what do you like?"
"Well... I can't say I have many interests. I'm kinda big on vintage things. You know, vinyl records, concert memorabilia, and such. I adore Sesame Street tunes, not going to lie. If you're around me long enough, you'll hear me humming one or two. Since I don't exactly have many friends, hardly any at all, I'm often besides myself with things to do. I have taken violin lessons from when I was six up until the past year. I often pass my spare time preforming Vivaldi's Winter in my bedroom with the door locked; it's one of my favorite compositions. Also, I really like cards; witty ones, I mean. So, if you find a good one, send it my way. -laugh- Other than that, I day dream a lot, if that tells you anything about me."
"And the things you could live without? What about them?"
"I could do without the worry my father has. Blisters and sunburns, as well. The noise of the city outside my window at night. And those really scary painted portrait of the school's past and present administrators; they really creep me out."
"And what are the things you just can't stand?"
"When people chew with their mouths open, that has to be number one. Or when manners are thrown out the window all together. I guess that's something I get from my father, the somewhat anal side of me."
"Do you have any bad habits? What about good ones?"
"I bit my nails often. It's not even out of nervousness anymore, I just do it. When I'm bored or thinking, I have a habit of rolling my wrists to the point you continually hear the cracking. -thinks- Oh, my tongue sticks out at times when I'm deep in thought. As for good habits, that seems odd. -laugh- Well, I'm studious by default -points to father- and since I don't have many friends, I am often excluded from normal teenager things. I've had a few sips of alcohol in my life, but don't mind the taste. I don't smoke since my father has this incredible nose."
"Oh, really? Well, how about the secrets?"
"Secrets... well, if given the opportunity, I'd drop out of school. Honestly. Maybe not high school, but I don't think I would continue my education after that. Plus, I always had this fantasy about being a ballerina dancer, partly because of my mother."
"And the fears?"
"You know those dreams you have of falling? I hate them. Whenever I have one, I do wake up in tears almost immediately. Kinda strange, I know. I'm afraid of dogs also, mostly just the big ones. I adore the little toy ones. -laugh-"
"Do you have any special talents?"
"Well, from years of practice, I'm quite the violinist. And from the past few years of listening to my father rant about a few students, just mentioning their names can bring a migraine on."
"And last but not least, what's your relationship status/history?"
"No surprise here. I, Veronica Kathleen Walters, am a virgin. I've had a few share of romantic interest in others, but it's often not reciprocated. I'm sure it has something to do with who my father is and what power he has. Though, I have been kissed before, so don't think I'm a newcomer to the world of Love. I'm not seeing anyone, as you may have figured, and I'm beginning to feel left out of being a normal being."
call me up to confess
THAT IT'S ME YOU THINK ABOUT.[/ul]"Where were you born?"
"Sacramento. I lived there until I was seven, when my father got the position of Dean at Newport High. Yeah, I was bummed about it, I loved Sacramento, but there wasn't much I could do about it. Newport hasn't exactly been accepting to me or that invigorating in my opinion. "
"And what's up with your family?"
"My family... well, let's see. My father is the Michael Walters, Dean of Students Newport. As for my mother, she passed away when I was eight, not even long after our move to Newport. Siblings? Well, I have step-brothers Jerome and Phillip Baker, twelve and nine years old. Yes, my father remarried. My step-mother Reese is nearly ten years younger than my father, making her... 36? -shrugs- Something along those lines. Anyways, Reese is alright, but I haven't let her replace my mother, nor do I plan on doing so. Jerome and Phillip are a pain, rather snotty as well.
"Now, tell me your story."
"My parents were not a summer wedding couple. They wed late October as that was my mother's favorite month. I wasn't born until the following June. Much to my luck, my birthday has always been part of the summer break, which had been beneficial to me in my youth in Sacramento. My mother was the one who got me interested in the arts. She did ballet, so the music that accompanied her graceful steps seemed like a great way to mirror her. That's when I took up the violin. While I practiced the scales, my mother would do a simple routine in front of me. So when she passed from a fatal allergic reaction, I was devastated. For a while, I lost my muse for the violin. I hated being in an empty home while my father worked late at the school. It was a year or so when my father met Reese, and another year before they wed. My social life kinda dulled once my move to Newport, and became practically nonexistent by the time I entered high school. Can't blame though, really, I'd do the same. Who wants to be friends with the Dean's daughter?"
