I THINK I'M LOST IN THE LETTERS.
[/blockquote][/ul]
, but you can call me Kay, CD. my birthday's January 28, 1988, so if you're too lazy to do the math, that means i'm 20 years old right now. currently, i work as starbuck barista. i'm also a male, in case you couldn't tell. oh! and i'm also straight, and if you can live with that, i'm sure we'll be great friends."[/blockquote][/ul]

WHEN HER REPLY MEANT EVERYTHING. [/blockquote][/ul]
"You look really familiar! Have I seen you before?"
"You probably have. I am one of the many Delaney children; third eldest to be exact. My sister, Brody, seems to think I bear an uncanny resemblance to Andrew Cooper, whoever he may be. I guess what she's trying to say is I'm good looking. -laugh- Uh, my hair is fairly lengthy, similar to my brother's, Justin. We both do that up-do thing. -laughs- He's got a bit more mass on him than I do, but I'm certainly not a scrawny kid, either. Oh, I'm also probably one of the tallest sons in my family, I stand at a nice 6'1"... on a good day. My style? Well, my darling sister has chalked it up to being rather.. urban? I know how to dress up and rather do enjoy wearing a suit. If you're around our house at all, you'll probably spot me in gym shorts after a jog. Although, lately, you can spot me sporting a raincoat, almost a winter jacket. I often take trips to the mountains and hit the slopes. My look is fairly normal? -shrug- I don't have any tattoos, piercings, or neat scars on me. My eyes aren't all that interesting and I'm certainly not overly built. "
"So, what do you like?"
"Women. -laugh- I may not be the greatest around them, I actually get rather timid, but my nerves are calming down since high school. Oh, snowboarding. I've taken it up as a hobby since moving to California. Sure, a bit pricey, seeing as I have to up up into the mountains, but worth it in my mind. I guess it's a good thing I don't mind traveling, either. What else, what else. -thinks- Oh, definitely my family. We're a tight family, that's for sure. Eating out is big on my list, too. Sports in general, too... Kinda runs in the family, I think. Oh, video games, but I guess that's just a common guy thing. -laugh- Uh, what else? The outdoors, very fond of that. "
"And the things you could live without? What about them?"
"The drama associated with high school, big time. Which does suck since my younger siblings are all in high school, still. And as much as I love my family, I think there are times I would be better off without them. But, keep that a secret. -nod- Cottage cheese, just the sight of it makes me gag. I'm not too fond of spending my time online. And though I really should, you won't spot me reading often. Hate being a sore loser, which often happens if I play chess with Bash. Being unemployed is another thing I really dislike, trying to fix that. Oh, not too pleased with the fact my sister is growing up, but... it's just something I have to get used to, as do the rest of my brothers."
"And what are the things you just can't stand?"
"I can't stand how people seemingly forget their manners. I may "
"Do you have any bad habits? What about good ones?"
"I have the necessity of washing my hands frequently. You know, before and after dinner, heck, even after petting Bogart. I've just always been in the habit of that. As for bad habits... swearing? I have almost a chronic habit of that, but it's actually fairly concealed. Never in front of my mother or I'd be killed. Usually, if I'm cursing, I'm with friends. I also have a rather short temper. Probably something to do with being from such a large family and have to compete for attention. Doesn't help much that I'm a twin."
"Oh, really? Well, how about the secrets?"
"Honestly, I didn't learn how to ride a bike until I like, fifteen. -laugh- I think I'm the only one in my family who doesn't. Well, it's not so much a secret within the family, but outside the family it is."
"And the fears?"
"I kinda fear feet. Don't put them near me, please. I really do freak out. -laugh- Then there are the common ones, failure, not finding love, et cetera. Oh, I used to have a nightmare about being smothered, strange, right? So I often sleep without pillows."
"Do you have any special talents?"
"A really gross one is how I can dislocate my shoulder and then relocate it without really causing pain to myself. With that, I can lick my elbow? -laugh- Oh, and touch my nose with my tongue."
"And last but not least, what's your relationship status/history?"
"I am single, but... not exactly looking. That doesn't mean I'm playing the field like others I may know. No, I am not a virgin, not exactly your concern. Uhm, what else? Oh! I have dated a few girls before, so I'm not that introvert or spineless. Not really into hook ups, either. I like some commitment, which I guess is surprising for a guy my age."
call me up to confess
THAT IT'S ME YOU THINK ABOUT.[/ul]"Where were you born?"
"Austin! -laughs- Nah, I lived maybe a half hour from Austin, but still pretty damn close. Loved it there, really. Even if we kinda lived in a gated community, we were such a large family that our house was always busy. And sometimes on weekends, but usually vacations, we would go to our grandparents' farm to help out and whatnot. Kinda fun actually."
"And what's up with your family?"
"My family? God, do you have a few hours free? Well, I guess I should start from the beginning. There are my parents, Edward and Daniella. They had their first child, Edward the second, or as we call him, Eddie. Then there is Max and me, twins, and freshly twenty, and I'm the younger one. Uh, well, then there's Justin, eighteen, the epitome jock of the family. Kinda puts the rest of us Delaney boys to shame. -laugh- And the second set of twins, Sebastian and Jonathan. Bash is incredibly smart, but... incredibly spineless when it comes to women. Whereas Jonathan, he's kinda.. apathetic, especially after getting screwed over a year or so ago. And finally, after six sons, there is the last Delaney child, the only daughter, Brody. Poor girl. -laughs- She has to put up with six brothers who sometimes care too much about her. Doesn't really stop us from worrying about her. Oh, then there's Bogart, Brody's dog, adorable thing, really."
"Now, tell me your story."
"Caleb grew up in a large family. The children aren't many years apart, which always led to some confusion and struggles. Some received a bit more attention, depending on how active they were in school activities and whatnot. Caleb definitely received his share of attention though, he wasn't all that neglect. And he certainly didn't feel like the black sheep of the family. Though, him and his twin, Marcus, often competed with one another for attention, even at a young age. In fact, they still do. He is rather family oriented, seeing as with such a big family, everyone's had to pull weight. Though, when he hit high school, Caleb had a bit of trouble focusing entirely on grades. While Marcus wooed many girls, Caleb targeted only one or two, settling down for maybe four months with each. Little speed bumps came up and whatnot, often causing those relationship to end. While Marcus put off college, Caleb went straight for it after high school, but didn't do so great. After finishing a year with a high C, Caleb decided to take the year off, especially since he moved to California with his family. Couldn't have happened at better time, either."
