Appearance:
Miranda has long, ash-blond hair, cut and parted to cover her right eye and frame the left side of her face. Underneath Miranda's hair is brown, which shows through the thin tips of her hair. Miranda's skin is clear of pimples - she never had much acne during adolescence - and a healthy, semi-natural tan: most her tan is natural, but some of it is from laying out in the California sun.
Miranda has faint tan lines only in the bikini-bottoms area, which fade into her skin over her hips before paling again. Miranda's eyebrows are thin curve gently, a tone darker than her natural ash-blond color. Her eyes are large, rimmed with long, think lashes, and a steel blue-gray in color that change with her emotions: in a negative mood, her eyes are an almost silver gray; in a positive mood, Miranda's eyes are a glorious blue, with a hint of the steel gray; and in a neutral mood, Miranda's eyes are as normal.
Miranda's nose, which is slightly over-sized, curves gently in a ramp-like way to the tip. Her lips are full, in fact, a little too full for her face, and a bright red-pink. As a baby, Miranda had the biggest, bluest eyes and such red lips she appeared to be wearing lipstick. She has a small mole on the corner of her bottom lip.
Miranda's body is slender and quite curvy. Her core is flat and firm, her arms well-muscled, and her legs powerful. Her thighs don't jiggle, though her kneecaps aren't so attractive - her muscle and build was gained form her years of horseback riding, and visiting the gym since she was thirteen. Her breasts are a bit busty, but not much more than average - not completely from natural build, either, as Miranda bench pressed when at the gym.
Personality:
Miranda is a calm, cool, and pretty quiet girl; she isn't that enthusiastic, pretty bitchy sometimes, and sometimes a bit of a slut. She's pissed off easily, and doesn't like being bossed around. Miranda probably got the way she is because of a friend she had, who was as bitchy as you could get and pissed Miranda off so bad. So, Miranda retaliated, and it shut her little friend up. The dress code was never her best friend, since Miranda likes wearing short-shorts and thin-strapped camisoles that, for some reason, the school doesn't let her wear. Miranda is sometimes rebellious, and cusses often, but she isn't too bad about it. Miranda's calm keeps her tolerated and patient, so she doesn't have that short of a wire if she's waiting for something, though she gets bored easily. She has been riding horses since she was five, and loves horses to death, which may be shocking with what Miranda seems to be, but her parents owned a horse farm ad she just had to fall in love with them. Miranda loves Arabians, evidently her favorite breed of horse. Miranda is quiet at first, but is talkative when you get to know her.

History:
Miranda’s life isn’t that spectacular. In fact, almost everything that would make the way life started out for her began only a few years ago.
Miranda’s parents, being a banker and a lawyer, were rich. Not completely filthy rich, but they still had enough money to have a big house, nice clothes, fast cars, and just about anything – luxury or necessity – that they wanted. Miranda wasn’t a snob about it though and kept the amount of her parents’ cash on the low down. She was still among the ranks of the “populars” in school and had a lot of friends, and a particularly large amount of cute boyfriends that blew over in days because more than half of them weren’t more than the odd popular relationships that almost no one out of the crowd didn’t understand. Truthfully, Miranda didn’t know about their couplings either, until she found out for herself.
Life was pretty good, and despite her popularity, Miranda was an intelligent student. She got straight 100%s on her grades, but Miranda tried not to be the total brainiac when she was talking to her friends. Miranda was still smart, and her popularity grew more and more every time she aced a test – which was every test. Her teachers would brag about it to the other students, who would applaud her. Miranda blew it off, jokingly calling herself a nerd, when inside she felt extremely proud, every time.
But it was soon, when she hit high school, that Miranda became despairingly vain. She was growing overweight –on her standards, that is – and she realized she wasn’t that sleek, well-muscled girl she thought she was. Miranda tried to lose weight and her jiggled thighs, but she never could. In terror of losing her health, popularity, and looks, Miranda stopped eating every meal but lunch, and visited the gym Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday – and every other day she could.
Miranda was gaining that slender and sleekness she wanted, and Miranda ceased her visits to the gym to Saturday and Wednesday. She continued to eat only lunch, not wanting to lose what she had worked so hard for. Her stomach is used to it by now, but the fact that she doesn’t eat is becoming more and more apparent as others start catching on.
Role Playing Example:
Miranda leaned a little bit further into the stall door, pressing herself to the door like she was trying to break through. Serenetta's head was just inside the stall door, so Miranda had to stretch out her arm a bit to stoke her dished face. After a moment, Serenetta moved her head over the door, pushing Miranda back but making it easier to pet her, if even by a little.
The sound of footsteps down the aisle didn't register into Miranda's bored, occupied brain. Occupied how? Planning on how she would work Serenetta tomorrow, what she would work her on and how. All the good stuff like that. Miranda wanted Serenetta to be a champion; every owner did. Of course, Miranda thought no horse deserved it more than Serenetta.
Every owner did.
It's just one of those things. Every person who owns a horse wants them to be champion, believing no other horse deserved it more. One reason Miranda got through these cold days of training and the work that came with making Serenetta perfect: Serenetta was Miranda's horse, and Miranda knew she deserved the best.
Again, every owner did. They all thought that their horse deserved the best. Miranda was no different than those owners. Miranda wasn't obsessive over her horse, to the point that was all she thought about: Miranda thought about worries, excitements, and guys... that Miranda didn't just think about her horse is the point.
Guys. Ugh. Miranda hadn't had a boyfriend since seventh grade, which harbored the stopping point for a reason. One boyfriend she didn't even like, and she had only gone out with him because he had asked her out, and Miranda couldn't say "no" to an offer like that. Lasted two days.
The second one was a freak. He obsessed over her. She had actually liked him, too, so it was pretty sad that she had broken up with him. It was for the best - he had stalked her, followed her places, and that wasn't going to work out, was it?
But now, Miranda had gotten over them and she had wanted another boyfriend. One that wasn't an absolute freak, like her last two, and Miranda was a little more cool to the fact of love after the first few days. The other two had fallen in love with her immediately, and as a seventh grader, it wasn't exactly the most comfortable thing in the world. Now, Miranda was OK with it; she was nineteen now. A lot of out looks had changed since then."She yours?"Asked a male voice from behind her. Miranda turned to see a guy with a black emover - gold ink tipped. Not someone you'd usually see in a stable, but Miranda didn't always look like someone who loved horses, either. Miranda smiled, hoping she didn't look completely retarded. This was the type of guy she and her old friend - the same friend that would always bitch at her - would have a heart attack seeing. Yes, Miranda had always though guys with emovers - especially a guy that looked like that - were that hot.
"Yeah," Miranda said, nodding. "Which one is yours?" she asked afterward, twisting around to lean with her back against the door. Serenetta's bay head rested at her shoulder. A girl with an Appaloosa mare and filly, which Miranda couldn't help but look at, passed by, but her eyes returned to the guy's, Ryan's, after the mare's tail had whisked past her.
